This is my life at the moment.
It’s been awhile since I’ve been out of the apartment because of a cold that turned into an evil sinus infection (or evil bronchitis+sinus infection if you’re my LP). I don’t get up before 10 am and I don’t go to bed before 2 am (my LP is even later). We missed seeing Don Quichotte on Saturday night at the Opera du Bas-Rhin since there are germs lurking on every surface and we have crappy immune systems from our seasonal yuckiness. BOOOOO!
But I’m giving the middle finger to being sick…overdosing on vitamins, drinking 12 liters of tea a day (peeing has gone up by a factor of 12), taking Mucomyst (it helps get rid of the gunk) and getting plenty of sleep.
Though I haven’t been idle this whole time:
1-week journal project
– I began a 40-page journal that is now filled with drawings and ideas for drawings, collages and little notes the idea was to complete it in one week, but it turned into a ten day project. I’m going to get a second book for another 1-week challenge.
-I also started learning HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript through various online education sites – like edX.org and Codecademy.com. This project has become a sort of obsession. Hours go by while I try to write functions and I only get up to rehydrate or dehydrate (wink, wink).
Full recovery is in sight.
